I recently sold a other game account to someone via paypal. Now after 3 days that everything was fine he chargebacked me. But I still have the money on my bank account because I transfered it right after I got it on paypal. Now I have a balance of -300$ in my paypal account. But hes chargeback is inapropriot because he got all the info he needed and he said it was fine.

My question: If i dont put the money on my paypal again from my bank account what will happen to the claim? Will it just stay there and nothing will happen or? I answered the claims email with that i have proof that he has recieved the info about the account etc. Hope this turns out good.. Cuz i sold that account to pay some bills...

if you bought silk on that account, charge it back, teach him a lesson.

start a dispute, contact paypal with proof of your transfer. You effectively sold him what he bought. If all goes well they will chase him for the arrears.
