Chargeback Help

I think someone also posted this before.
But now i also need your help.
A friend of mine charged back 1 month ago or so, because he quitted SRO. Now I started playing SRO again, so he will start playing it also. He wants to unban his account, but he doesn't know how.
Anyone has experience with this? How can he solve the problem?

Same problem this is the responce from Joymax.

If chargeback or reversal has been completed, there is nothing that can be done to resolve it.

So if your friend goes into his paypal and it says the chargeback has been completed, he is screwed

An EX-friend of mine hacked my paypal account and charged back all the silk i had bought, on 3 accounts. Luckiy, the only one that completed and was banned was my level 60 euro. My 84 glaiver and 81 bow, were both still in the Dispute stage, and i managed to cancel the claim before they were banned.

So if someone charges back, there is no chance to get unbanned?
Because on the SRO site you can read, you will be unbanned if the original transaction gets reversed.

Aparently, Fly got himself banned due a 'chargeback' (we all know the real reason), and he got unbanned after Nightbloom had a hissy fit at JM.
So, ask him how... Or get a whining middle aged women, who still spends every waking hour on Video games to try for you.

i got a question, if i use my credit card on 5 different sro accounts and do a charge back on just 1 of them. Does joymax ban all 5 of my accounts or just the one that i did the chargeback on?

u mean the ban from xian?
or did he got ban from venus?
btw the ban in xian is a bot related problem ~ roommate did it
