what time do silkroad normally put there update patch info on there site? (within the next few hours)

im hopeing FINALLY that mabe Gaia will open some day soon so hopefully tonight.. or not

Remember when they did an 'inspection' every week, hours long.. and after the update all that was done was a backup, servers crowded in 10 minutes?
