hey im lvl 50 tank.
i was wondering what % is best to set auto pt at (hp).atm my % is at 80% and i use med pots.
i was told to set my auto pot to 45% and use x-l pots?
what do you guys think?

( ([Your full HP] - x )*100 ) / [your full HP] = autopot %

Oh god turn them town. Euro's need lower pots since they can't just spam them like chinese do. Set 'em for like 40% or so, since you have a cleric it'd be for emergencies really.

And use XL too. =p

820 x 109% = 820 x 1.09 = 893.8

OT: Yes like others said, if you are euro set it much lower.

i am lvl 50 int nuker i keep mine above 60% other wise if it is below 2 crits from 2 mobs i am down

A tank should set it around 40-60%, depending what mobs you grind on.
Also, when you are a wizard or a rogue, I would recommend atleast 60%

mines on like 20% because of XL.
i'm hybrid though.

So ur saying full Str recover more HP than full int using a same pot?

So ur saying full Str recover more HP than full int using a same pot?

it's definitely true

ints get more mp back from mp pots too

i keep my chars at 50% for wiz/rogue since they lose 50% hp when they buff up

also at 50% it gives me time to use grain if i want to, plus if you know you'll get hit hard then you can use a pot beforehand and it'll absorb the first hit and you take 0 damage

i like 30-40% on chinese str since you can still manually click pot if you need more :S

My tank is usually set at 35%. Bowers are usually for lower since they never really get mobbed, perhaps around 32%.

im pure str i do 50%. it works good i use less than 200 hp pots for 1000 mp.

Euro autopot is recommended to be at least 50%.
I preffer to stick with 60% all the time whether it's a STR or INT char.

Logically, since euros have 15sec delay they need to autopot immediately so they can survive with the most HP they can get. That's their only weakness.

Set 'em for like 40% or so

You can set auto value as you want, but euro have 15s pot delay.
For example: a str char have phys balance more than 100%
So a [820]HP pot recover around 5000HP. It means that for optimal value, you have to take a pot when you loose at least 5000HP.
If your char has 20000HP, you need a pot when your HP is around 15000, so the setting must be at 75%.

Logically, since euros have 15sec delay they need to autopot immediately

Taking a pot which recover 5000HP when you loose only 1000HP may be fatal


Try these values in pvp, you'll be surprised

...well, can you explain what doesn't work?
Or post about your char informations : HP ,physical balance and the size of your HP pots

HP:6172 phys bal:97% HP pot:570
the formula said to set it at 46% that didnt fully heal me

when did tha formula told me 79% :S i said screw that and put them to 45.
