i heard you can only use that teleport till level 20 or so.. after that it says that your level is too low ^^
not sure if it's true... otherwise it's a lame bug >.>

Old news (although apparently some people didn't know this)
You can teleport using those until you are 99.99% of level 20. 21, and you're done. I use it a lot to reverse TP to the bandit den when SP farming.
