Just went to view Rev6 and i notice they now show guild points and latest guild post title. For now they don't show the actual post but I bet It's coming.

Are they going too far now?

Rev6 used to update their database thru spiders, packets sniffers.
Thus at those times, information can be un accurate.
Now they update their database directly thru users feeding them information.
Every1 that uses their application feeds them information directly.
Be surprise how many actually use them. For it is free.
Rev6 is harmful or not... too far or not... I dunno.

I don't know, nothing to fear if your guild is a good one.

Maybe they'll start telling how often they leave to take a leak.

It will only display the guild infos if a agbot user is in your guild, own fault.

I don't believe that having an Agbot user triggers guild info, that's just a myth. Just like it shows me as level 90 and I don't have 90 equips nor buffs.

And to the tard above they changed that message it did say they might show it in the future, they have since changed it to that message.

True, every time Venus is mentioned it is followed up by a Venus player saying it was mentioned.

The world doesn't really revolve around Venus, it's considered a pretty legit server and lots of SRFers play there, I guess that is all.

Avalon has many members. They tried their best to b clean.

To find out "Admin", "Guild Level" and "#of Members" you only need one player in the whole alliance using the revBot.

on topic: rev6 started out as a cheat with agbot and a multiclient ect...
in my opinion it will stay that way.appart from the job alias, all is ok atm i think :S

there's no way to get guild infos, except being in guild or being in union. They didn't got the avalon guild title, cause the agbot user is in their union, but not in avalon itself.

if it's true that rev6 can catch guild info from someone who use agbot. 99% your login account info is sent to rev6 without being noticed by antivirus. Well, good luck with these users then. At least they wont hack u until cap 140 updates

No. Nedra has one clientless char connected to each server and collecting stats for the ladder, but agbot does the same, to keep the ladder better updated. Remember NuclearSilo, agbot doesn't send any account infos related to rev6, but just guild/gear/name/buff/lvl of other players for the ladder.

How can you be sure that they send account related infos? How can you be sure that srf doesn't sell your email to some spammers? How can i be sure that the chick I f*cked doesn't have aids? ofc I can't be sure, but I know nedra for a long time, even before he established rev6. good intention? it's called money, he makes thousand of dollars with the ads. And I know him through the internet only. Yes I know you gonna say now "You can't be 100% sure then". Though I never said that I am 100% sure, I'm just saying that he is a nice person and I don't believe that he would "log" account infos, and then to "hack" them at 140 cap. :p

Agbot is mainly used by poor 2x-6x botters, cause it's not really good. So the "good/strong" botters will never get "hacked" by him, if he changes his mind. :p

Seriously, we are good. But were only better than bots. Legits are equal all around. The only thing that makes us "better" than other legits is our amazing friendships, teamwork, and power as a group.

On topic: To me, rev6 always seems to get pretty close to "the line"... but never take the last step to cross it. People complain about them, then forget about it in a week after they see it doesnt make a big difference in the game. Im pretty sure they wont show guild messages but I could be wrong.

Only thing I hate is that they show the gear and job alias. So annoying when people pm you after a pvp "YOU JUST WIN CAUSE YOU HAVE BETTER GEAR, I CHECKED rev6 noop!" ..

Rev6 as of yet doesnt show blues, only lvl and pluses. I dont like they show the alias, that frustrates me. >.>

Because they can't. They would only be able to database blues on the gear of the actual agbot users. Gear is tagged by it's tier and degree so that your client can "show" you what it looks like. Blues are not included in this naming tag.

There are other games like Perfect World, that you can right click on the person and read thier full equipments and all its "blues" and pluses, if joymax did this then they would eradicate websites like rev6 for it would have no purpose anymore. Or do you think gear is something top secret and no one should know?
