Emergency Inspection?

I got Disconnected, start button wont appear, tryed opening SRO site and still didnt work. Now i immeadately get the insp. notice.

Keep refreshing the homepage, when it loads you should get a start button.

Not start button problem anymore, its that it gives the the window about server is under inspection go to
