I block new ones after inspection, and then PM the previous ones to see if they are still online. If they aren't chances are they have been banned then I unblock them cause they arent around anymore.

It consists of mispelled ones and 6+ turks who are talking too much in 'All" chat nearby our union spot in Hotan. Too lazy to clean out the list

I'm too lazy to spell the names and I'm only in town to repot, repair gear and buy a new horse if needed. Other than that I tend to ignore chat. If I need to I'll switch to guildchat.

always block spam bots! i wouldnt hav seen a guy selling a lvl 16 sos bow for 700k if i didnt block them. or my lvl 8d sets of stuff!

I have 68 blocked, and thats just for DW and Hotan, seeing as I never go to the other towns, and if I do, just move the thing to party chat.

I've got like, 40, I generally don't block anyone but spam bots because I think its pretty funny when they make an ass out of themselves when I won't do something they want me to do, or they are arguing with someone else.
