I should have submitted like 10 videos, but I was lazy and only did one. Btw those that didn't even try.. 20 winners out of 135 videos.. the odds of winning a 9D sos was high and yet no one even bothered. Sure sos is cheap, but it'd be a nice weapon to play around with o.O

Time to flame:

Half the movies on there used Link park music and fade effects *woo* and won were bunch of shit. Ive watched them all and there is maybe 2 good videos in all the winners. One of the videos i watched showed 2 lvl 30s trading on a camel and riding horses, with a fade effect here and there AND IT WON. So now there is a lvl 30 somewhere with 9D sos. Another video is of a guy nuking the mobs outside cons and running around whoopie doo, like we havent done that before. I hate myself /cut

so 22000 players & only 135 sent their videos

sos = +5 so sos +5 so 76 sos is like 76+5=8` but most ppl make everything +5 or at least i do so 76 sos +5 = 76+10 so = 86 so its +1 better then 80+5 = not worth it cuz any 85 wep will be better so

To sum up my rambling: SoS is pointless

Maybe just crappy movies won, cause they were too lazy to watch them all, so they picked some vids and those won, it wouldn´t surprise me

Yes we all know sos is pointless, but it's always nice to have a collectors item. Or to have a show off item like a (usually) lvl 16 sos cleric rod you see most sub clerics have. Dumbest thing ever, but yeah.. The base value still isn't bad, but having to heal twice as much with an 85 rod is better same with a harp.

There was a video I saw on Youtube a while back made by a deaf player that was hacked. It was stunning. I believe that Wello guy posted it.

Well, Even if he/she used cutscene or anything else. Silkroad is too lazy to even bother verifying if it is correct. In result, that person did not win.

w1nt made some really good movies prior to this. Some of those winner videos aren't that great though and the one Cruor mentioned should have definitely been in the Top 3.
