So I have this spear in ECSRO:

And I want to raise its magical attack power over 70%. So by adding philosophy stones how can I achieve that? Does the assimilation percentage matter? Does it matter if I add 10% 20% 30% ones, all of them have a chance of giving me a 70%+ assimilation on magic attk power?

assimilation is when OTHER stats get changed, so lets say your mag attack stays the same even if the stone succeds, but your critical gets assimilated from 13>>5 out of bad luck even though its a philosophy stone. If you dont care for your crit, it doesnt matter what % stones you use. If you do care i would advice sticking with 10% or 5% philosophy stones.
for example in this pic a challenge (crit) stone was used to change a swords critical value, and due to assimilation another stat was also changed in the process even though it was only a crit stone.

O I had no idea. Well I added all my 10% stones and the last one gave me 60% on magic attack. Crit stayed the same. I think I'm going to leave it like that. :S Thanks for the info.
