its not the bots that surprising, its those festival banner thingys, seeing raids of bots like that is pretty normal in dw so ya

In various areas are Ishades/Hashades (Giant/Elites/Titans) that kill the gold bots. Some of them work but others don't - the ones that are placed in spots where no gold bots ever go. -.-"

At iseedeadpeople. Its the current event, collect boxes like that so it sais SUMMER and u get the reward. I don´t know what the reward is...

The the letters are from the Summer Festival event. You have to collect them to spell S-U-M-M-E-R. You get a price if you do so.
The Ishades were probably summoned by GMs.
