Do you guys think suns are remotely fair? Moon is close to being the last tier, but sun... it's like the next degree. I'm lvl 68 and so is my friend. We both pvp. I'm pure int and he's int hybrid. I go from hitting 7-10k nukes on him and he 3-4k. Now that he ONLY has 2 sun pieces and a som piece. My nukes drop down to 2-4k. There's little to no chance of me killing him with snow shield on. Without I might get lucky and get a good kd and nuke in.

Sun is like +15 + the boost in reinforcements and stat %. So do you guys think it's fair to have sun in the game? It makes pvping with someone with full sun dam near impossible. I dunno about later tier because i'm not there yet. but is it any easier?

Sun items are fair. The reason it does not appear to be is because everyone bots which makes "rare" items common.

The idea of having sun in the game, well i don't have a problem with that. Its like getting an Elite piece of armor in any other game. Thats what will set you apart from the normal.

However i am against goldbuyers buying themselves sets of sun so they can be l33t. Thats stupid.
Either way even if sun was removed, goldbuyers would still have enough resources to pimp there armor to +9/+10. So it will still give them an advantage over normal players, so either way you lose.

Sun is always fair. Even in the 'hands of a euro'.

i hope there was sarcasm when you said snow shield is for noobs because if your serious gtfo, also sun isn't fair, not everyone gets one but such is life. just work on your playing style and work ways around it ^^

Seeing as Sun is the same as last tier. How can you kill someone in full sun when you are only in first tier. Combine that with max blues and sun wep. They are invincible until you reach 3rd tier or next degree...

remove gold bots and botters ... then bam ... you won't have to worry about people being "invincible" because there will be less insane gear on the market ... period ...

it's fair ... the community makes it unfair ..

I think that the fact that no one sells them till their done with their SoSun and also that its like 5% that you will get a sun drop. Its pretty Fair if you ask me.

Also if a Noob gets a SoX it makes them feel Specil just cuase they got a RaRe weapon/ piece of Amour that can be worth Fair amount of Cash...... :p

sun is fair on servers without multitudes of it. Check low population servers like Venus, almost no sosun. theres 2 sun weps and are boht axes that no one uses.

If and when bots are all gone, which is never, sun items will make you a GOD

If they payed for it in stalls or are lucky with a drop it's fair =)

SOSUN is ok. dont remove it. my SOSUN wep is still waiting for me lol

seriously, with SOSUN Items, ur adding that "getting stronger by luck" factor to the game

my question is how do some of these people sell items for like 2billion gold? you can only trade 100m in and axchange window and only sell out of stall for 1billion, so how do they transfer this money?

Probably, some 9d sun can only be valued in terms of real money now

However, as far as I can remember, people were paying lots of real money for their weapons even before suns were around...(Eagle1 from Olympus bought a SoS glaive at 64 cap for a HEAP of money (can't remember exactly how much), only to be left completely worthless, after people started sunning up at 80 cap. Fail.

Yeah I find that hard, it would be kind of tough finding a mutual friend that both trust from either some random buyer or seller.

prices are just too rediculous, and because of the economy we need that new exchange system to compensate for the inflation in the sro economy

the only reason suns could be unfair is if they are purchased out of game or through bought gold. Other then that sun is completly fair.

@ others saying go through a third person... you can also exchange other valuable items in place of gold. For example, I offered 160mil + a piece of armor for a sun 32 glaive. The other guy traded me some sos 8D stuff, which at the time was probably worth around 100mil, and I exchanged him the piece of armor and 60 mil, then in the second trade, he gave me the sun glaive, and I exchanged the sos 8D and 100mil.

You could also do this with more valuable items, just make sure their value is near equal to 100mil so that if the other person would happen to walk off, you would have an item with about equal value.

A 9D SUN glaive on Greece sold for $1900 USD, and just recently someone bought a 9D SUN bow for 10B gold.

zz i think euro only need like som to own (and i got my first 2 sos drop from same mob so happy but it is chinese and i want a som euro staff in exchange of those 2 sos )

you have no idea what your talking about. Sun is supposed to be insanely good. and in the hands of euroes they are just as insanely good. and for the llove of god stop saying skills are noob. they exist in the game for a reason.

I don't care about removing suns really, If i did my vote would be on EURO Sun being removed. Alot of people on this forum used to go on about 90 cap being alot fairer between China and Euro and since the introduction of Euro Sun the gap between the races has widened.

A 2h can tank and kill a FULL sun chinese STR char, with sun themselves it just gets ridiculous.

from what I've heard http://www.rev6.com/player.asp?id=205771 bought his sun sword for $1400 and shield for $500, and the other parts for few billions, guess some people got to much money to spend on sro. Sun is fair, but they need to limit it, so each char can only wear max 2 sun items, there's no point fighting people that spend $3000+ on their items to have a +7 sun set.

On Eldo Esterion bought from QueTzal a full d8 sun+6 garm set for 950USD.
It was like omfg O.o

Onekage has a +9 sun spear, only one on Eldo wast bought from a turk by Diabolis(über botterking) for 80k HUF = 535 USD and was traded for 2 +7 sun weapon. A spear and a sword.
Thats like 3 billion gold.
And now... the +9 sun spear was stalled for 999kk...
