What do you think about this?

As the title says 
My question is about the names...mostly the guild ones...
Because having a unique char name is not really easy....someone somewehere could copy it ...
But having a unique guild name for me is another thing.
Today i foud out a guy copied my guildname from Eldorado and there's a guild 3ABEPA now in EcSRO too.... which has nothing to do with my guild, exept that they are both bulagrian.
I think a guild name is like...the emblem of the guild, the idea of the guild, what you wanna do and what you wanna fight for.
Just for the record - it's pronounced ZAVERA and it means a secret union, a fight against occupators (it's a part of the history)...
But anyway, i don't like how someone took it not for the idea, but just because, as he said "he could've think of something else"...for me that's a lack of imagination and creativity...
However, i just wanna hear your opinion on this thing, and please, don't say i take it too serious - i am not.
