Are the dot attacks in warlock useful for a pure STR warrior?

No. Cuz you are pure STR. But you dont need them, you only need debuffs.

The one DoT that gives dull status is usefull for a warrior/lock.

Usefull to stop a fire wall and the ones that give dull/bleed are handy.
