"Q . Why are you not catching and blocking hundreds and hundreds of bots?

A. The process involved in the investigation and confirmation of the bots has required time and other constraints which have limited the number of bots caught. However, the process is being refined rapidly and we will be able to catch more at a quicker pace.

Those who are botting who believe that they will not get caught will regret that belief. It does not matter if you are high level or low level, in a guild or not, famous or not, what time you are on, what nationality you are, what server you are on, where in the map you are, and whether you have bought silk or not. If you bot, we will block.

I saw morningdew make a reply exactly like this about a month ago and nothing has really changed so I think he is just bluffing or its going to take a very long time.

first of all, you don't sound legit to me. A legit player has nothing to fear cause hes not using illegal sotware like Bots etc.
if there were some "legits" who are banned unfair, that's bullshit then they weren't legit.
and legits don't use bot right? then why in gods name should JM then ban legits? (*slaps himself in hes face*)

But do you call being Plvled unlegit? cuz i have friends that got banned and only being plvled at ongs.

Maybe JM some way realized that they have earned enough money and that now it's time to actually do somethting for the legit community :O

Because a company will stop striving to earn money when they think they have enough? So many still like to claim otherwise, but the majority of the players that continually buy silk are botters. Sure, trying to just reduce the game to the legit community would be nice, but even if they all started buying silk like mad, it would not be even close to what botters spend too. [Not counting the gold bots, nobody ever gave a shit about those anyways.] I doubt Joymax will get rid of most of their customers, especially knowing that only a FEW will bother coming back if the botting crackdown ends up being quick and successful. How many servers would just die because they banned all the player bots?

tl;dr Joymax is talking shit to keep the legit community happy.

My classmate started to play and after two days he got banned! He logged in only for 3 hours and u can be sure he didnt use any illegal program like bots or anything... So he wasnt legit?

if they did happen to ban all the bots, 80% of them are silk buyers, I'm sure most of them would quit. silkroad would lose all that income, and it would eventually cripple itself

They arent going to screw themselves, but if they did, they would have to raise the exp rate and drop rate, and the economy would see the biggest shift ever prices would be at a record low

there is a very small chance that even if..u never use any 3rd party program/follow all of joymax policy u can still get ban,,,i say this cuz my 1st character was lvl 28 100% legit at a time when i didn't know how to add stat points (int/str)

isro should make exp 10x ftw

not saying i'm a botter but IMO if you take out all the botters then the game won't be much fun, but they are the ones out there helping legits jobbing and getting most of the drops into the game, but that's just my thought. who knows? it might turn out differently, if infact they do that

Not really. Goldbuyers raise the cost of everything, and I've met many "legits" that buy gold also, clearly more botters buy gold, since there are more botters than "legits". Goldbuyers therefor have everything.

lol, legits dun buy gold, the term u'r looking for is "nonbotter". the game would be 100x better w/o botters, true story.
