yeah i got same problem 
when i pick up a Jade tab it becomes a MP potion(whith i cant use :S) and when i drop it again it becomes a Jade Tab again

it happened to me worst!! it was a sos drop on the floor i'm sure of that. i went to pick it up i pressed my heart starts beating up with the idea of "yeeahhh sos" and then i pick it up!! guess what nothing happened x_x. that made me furious!!
