A friend of mine char is stuck in HT and cant move. Whenever she tries return scroll she gets DC'd b4 it goes through. She is stuck behind guild storage down the steps on the side where there are two pillars. She is stuck inside a pillar. She reported it but havent gotten any positive results yet. So she is still waiting. What do you guys suggest be in the report to joymax although she already report it

Buy silk use an instant Return is the only thing i can think off.
or send a bug report Via SRO.net and ive heard GM's do move chars after an inspection

You can buy an instant return scroll at the npc, then she can use it if you exchange it to her.

The better ones bought in the Groccery shop arent instant just a little bit faster then the normal ones. the Instant ones are bought with silk which cost 10 silk for 11

my friend had charachter , whenever he log out and relog he find himself in a hill at yeoha forest .. saw it with my own eyes .

Call joymax in korea. There is a number around the forum. My friend had the same problem. He called them and they unstuck him the next inspection.

Instant return scrolls wont work since basically you never will get the chance to click them, you login you dc instantly.

This is a client side error can be fixed when you are using clientless(illegal) or send in bug report with the exact required information they ask you to send with it (dxdiag) and give Joymax some time to move you.

Clientless would fix that in 1 minute, too bad it's illegal.

how much time elapses on the scroll before it crashes?

PiXie define instant...just read the thread...

she has like 2seconds before the game pops up saying youve been disconnected........and that is with every PC...so yea by the time its to load up....it DCs...

If i am not mistaken her HP/MP bars will remain empty therefor she is already disconnected before you get that pop up.

I do know someone with clientless but rather recommend you to let Joymax move you, this might take some time.

Happened to me, tell your friend to start on a new char.

i sent a report in to joymax about 8 months ago, haven't been moved

Heres something she may wanna try. The instant you connect, pull out your Ethernet cord. If my theory is correct you can still move your character with the across arrows ( thats possible when you pull out your Ethernet cable ). Hopefully when you re log back in you will be in the location you walked to.

Its worth a shot.

Same happen to my wizard while i had a prem ticket on -_-. Still stuck there 3 months and 36 bug reports later. Maybe I should call joymax? Lol.

use clinetless and then delete it

i've never been stucked but i have three friends who got their char stuck. logged in and 2 seconds later d/c from server. all of them sent numerous bug report everyday but were ignored. one of them downloaded a bot program with an "unstuck" feature i think it's called botmon or soemthing im not sure and he told me it did the trick.
