Need help with my nuker build

I know this may be wrong section, but ppl are looking this more, so. I have lvl 57 pure int,alright. How many lvls i gotta put str only to get it 1:7 hybrid. Thanks!

OT: i think u should go pure int. and not be hybrid

Over 80 lvls you need 70 lvl's pure int and 10 lvl's pure str. lvl 81-90 is for you to figure out

Or you could try 1:8 hybrid, no problems with dividing

90/13 = 6,9 what is a 1:7 build but dont forget the blues
