No, I downloaded a file the other day and ever since that every things been all fcked up.

Nice try except,
1) the graphics will never draw like that; fail graphics is when it doesn't load textures, otherwise it crashes
2) there is not 640x480 resolution option
3) even then, and even in 800x600 resolution, the skill bar fills up the bottom of the entire screen.
