easy way to fix, just replace your font with this:

Without pk2 or changing the file.. you could open wordpad, pm him, delete the last character and replace it with L, if it isn't L then it's I, write that in notepad.
That's what I use to do before, but now I just ask someone with the pk2 xD. (took around 5 minutes each time)

Open your media.pk2 in hexedit or xvi and search for English as ANSI string. Then type Korean and add a 00 byte (English is 7 letters and Korean is 6 letters). Save and load the game.
You get the naked patch, the letter editting and before the update with those blue bars, you already had the lvl ranges in it with this edit.
