Well if you go to rev6 right now, it will show that there is 1 person on different server at a different time...i always thought they have an ingame bot that detects how many online and so on, so how do the know if a gm is online durring an inspection

you can actually find out how many ppl are in the server or server stat without going into the server.. just by querying the login servers.

How do Rev6 get their stats about peoples items and inventories?
And ofcourse their level.

I think but im not shore rev6 make agbot and within the bot there is something that detects/logs peoples information onto the site.

Im probably wrong but im just guessing.

yeah, in that case for a couple of months ago i was a botter cuz they knowed my level and gear

the server sends packets to your client that contain information about anything/anyone surrounding you. if you are grinding it sends your client info on where mob spawns, how much hp on mob , what lvl.. etc etc.. same happens when other players are around. rev6 gets those info from ppl who are using their bot program, which parses tho packets and send those info to their database while they ( bot players ) walk around and play game. also they might have a person in town but i am not sure.

No, he means that someone with the rev6 bot runs past you, he get's info about your stuff and that gets saved or send further to rev6.

Sorry about missunderstanding Shadow ... but I doubt that is correct , how did they know our stats and stuff , before RevBot came out? ... I know that there was rev6 site first ,then later on they developed bot.

And there are not many using thir bot. I only know 1 using it and he barrely does cuz its bad. The majority is using Isro bot i think.

well i dont know when the bot was developed and made public, as far as i can recall they only use to show server stat at the beginning; which is easier to get. but originally rev6 has been working with packets for long.. there was a history of how they came to be on their site. but i am pretty sure by the time they went big and started putting out those player stats ranking etc. the bot was out. rev6 originally wanted to create a bot that will compete against isrobot, which didnt workout. i guess the donation that they were getting wasnt good enough to keep the site up. but with player stat so many ppl are visiting they probably make enough to continue with the project

anyways i think before their bot they used to have ppl in main towns of each server. but that would be lot of clients running.. so idk. but now they just decode packets, and there are more ppl using rev6 bot than you think, partially coz its free. they dont get money for making bot. they get money for ppl visiting their website.. from those ads

well it's not 100% accurate

my char on rev6 is still 3 levels behind... along with a lot of guild members...

rev6 detecting maybe like .. +3 have a light shine right ? which maybe represented by special code , same is +1 +2 etc for each item which u have on ... thats why it cant see accessory also >.> just a guess am not sure .. @.@ .

characters in the high traffic area... you can read the last thing it recorded you typing so just remember where u were when you wrote it
