Exp Auto Penalty???

Soo wasn't there suppose to be a negative exp penalty when you in an exp auto pt with someone 10 lvls higher than you. Why didn't they put this into effect? If it was there would be a lot less powerlvl going on seeing as u lose exp...

If the mob is 14+ lvls higher than the char in pt = low exp
