Euro will never get any new skills. They just upgrade actual skill only

i heard only wa build will get new attack skills and other builds will just lvl up the skills but nothing new added to the skills.

Yeah, if you just look at the warrior weapon skills, the first 1h skill Slash is updated all the way up to 27 in the 100 cap. If there ever is a new skill added, it's basically the same as an older version, but it's just AoE. Other new skills are just leveled higher with a different animation.

Not so different with Chinese skills really.
