he was owning cuz he is 90, and other prolly not even 85+, vs lvl 90 with full blue he coudln't kill him.

Everyone is saying they gonna farm a bard now? I'm willing to bet the excessive killing was largely due to other buffs he had + additional damage from party members. No doubt it does well in a euro party though but in an unbalanced party its probably not going to do that well...

Well they do have like.. 4 attacks. In total. Even though they got 4 attacks you can farm them by 3 gapping the way up til 90 like every other solo class, but you can max out bard 100% unlike the others. Pretty epic.

the advantage of bard is they have a skill with high dmg and that don't need a target to attack

For sure, Bard is a support character. They got 2 jobs. Support mana and support damage. Bards doesnt pvp solo as it is best used in a party. It will shine in group pvp (FW/GW/Jobwar). I wont deny that. For your info I only got 1 dmg increase buff from a cleric and that was an int buff. Other than that, I got quota sometime because our party already have 3 wizards and 1 cleric that need full buffs from warrior.

U were right at some part, but I did kill many lvl 90 too. I also made a video when I'm lvl 85 farming with 5 gaps before. U can look at it in youtube, search for "battle bard". The result is almost the same. My kill count on this FW was 196 kills and 8 deaths. Pretty good for a Bard.


The reason I made the video was not to show how good I am but to show how good a Bard can be. It was among the most underestimated build and I'm working hard to prove it otherwise. I hope it can inspire new Bards out there.

Dont talk about my gears. It sux. +3 +4 robes with no STR at all and 20% ints. It's pathetic. But I have all the time in the world to upgrade it.


@Helper : Other Bards can have the same experience if the pt members know what they should do. As u can see in the video, there's other bards and they had fun too.

warrior/cleric buff on 24/7, bless whenever possible, warrior, wiz guarding beside at any time too

take it to a 1v1 and it wouldnt be that great, major drawback = no disabling skills AT ALL, juz like a 90fire 90light 90ice chi nuker

It can be good at 1vs1, but It cant be as good as in a party. It was meant to be a support char in a party. Not as a solo char. Play them right, u'll have plenty of fun!

A bard will never get 3 skills off faced off against an opponent .. chinese, that isn't distracted... If you realize most of the people he fought were not focused on him. Only a chinese nuker and the 2 handed and of course.. the lame axe user. All others were busy with other things.

A bard can get off 2 attacks before most builds get off one. They don't need disabling skills. I'm speaking from experience not theories. The video has little influence on my views of a Bard because I already knew they were capable of this. Bards can also bind if they need to. Booming Chord alone is usually enough to one shot most int chars. And because most Euros have a sub, lets assume this Bard has Cleric as a sub. With Recovery Divison a Bard can be at max hp at pretty much every 3 or 4 secs. I'm not saying they are great PvP chars but they are not bad as you make them seem.
