I dont know if post this here or in the CS section, i decided to post this here since this is more common to people and its more visited.

I made a lvl 90 FF warrior, it got axe/1h/2h full, now i have noticed axe isnt as bad as some said, i really cant spot any pros on it only cons such as lack of defense, and not good dmg as the 2h, however i believe they got something good on them, any high lvl axe user here or maybe more experienced players than me can give me their opinions? pros/cons?

well they do have pretty quick atks, they give stun very often, can inflict bleed status, and has aoe atks

Well they have immunity, fast attacks, crits can be deadly, and the stun does happen frequently. Also, they do have more defense I have heard than 2h, and who doesn't like the look of their skills?

They're great to put stun/bleed in. I wouldn't think of it as a main weapon tree, more like an extra asset to the other weapons. Dull with 1h, bleed with dual, kd with 2h, and you can inflict massive damage on the knock downed person.

tbh, i know someone who plvled an axe/warlord to lvl69 and grinded on him for an hour. after that hour he deleted him and started a new character because he kept on dieing, and that passive that protects from certain statuses doesn't protect from the important ones he told me. but don't take my friends word for it, hes already quit 2 40+ euro because they die so far.

That may be the reason. He cant expect to be good on a char he never played until lvl 69.

well i dont have a high lvl axe (only a lvl 35) but the thing i have noticed is that axe dont have a buff to put on like 2H's warcry, neither it has a shield; which makes it easy to switch back to axe if you have other subclass like cleric etc. Also they do just fine in pve as you get lots of stun/bleed; your friend didnt know how to play it.

Your friend didnt know how to play with. Few my friends have axe 70+ character and they are good, really good but I would always choose 2hand over axe, if you ask me 2 hand is best euro build for pvp, if you know to play with. 2hand should be your main.
But in pvp you could atack with axe first and inflict status then switch to 2 hand and finish him.
