Agreed, pretty much 80% of the people who go for +10 will want to go +11, seen it FAR too many times. They fail +11, they cry and say their goodbyes over globals and regret it ever since.
Personally I see no gain in anything above +9
+10 when the new ksro glows come out, +11 is stupid. The risk outweighs the benefits.

Seriously, Do not do +11, the percentage of success is so low it's not worth the risk. Your extremely lucky it didn't fail to +10, I would keep it there.
