Ice Glitch?

I notice that with mobs, Freezing will successfully stop their attacks. However, since legend 3, When I freeze someone, their skills will usually end up being cast anyways. I've notice this alot with 9d nukers. I'll freeze them when they start to cast their hellfire nuke, but for some odd reason, i'll run away and about 15 secs later i see a giant flaming line heading towards me and killing me. I freezed them when they were about to cast it too. Is this lag or did they fix it so freezing won't cancel skills?

It used to happen on an odd occasion with 80 cap, but yeah, seems to be more frequent with 90.

From the logic point of view, if a char was frozen when casting a skill, after getting out of this status, the char should contiune what he was doing, and not get interrupted, unless that char died while being on freeze status.

And from another logic point of view, when the enemy is out of your attack range, you cannot attack him, or even get "miss" when your continous skill finished...

suppose you get frozen while running, at the point of defrost, do you continue running as you were before being frozen, or you drop to the ground recovering the freeze effect?
