Best VOIP software for SRO (or any game for that matter)?

Which is the best, or what do you use?
I'm primarily looking for low resource usage and good voice quality. Perhaps ease of use too.

You can host a Ventrilo server off of your computer for as many people as you want. But it would be wise to make it small as you have l imited bandwidth.

ehh vent for smaller groups of people and TS for large groups.

I like Ventrilo's voice quality. I like Teamspeak's channel and server abilities. Roger wilco is very dead. Never heard of gamecomm.

I have a TS Server and Client Running while I'm playing SRO, no lags; but then again I have a 15mb/2mb connection.

Thanks guys, I hosted 3 people no problem on Ventrilo. There was echo though, not sure if that's my server quality (my comp with SRO playing heh), or if it's all our mics.

If someone's using speakers instead of headphones that can cause echo in their microphone.
