Ppl say exp item auto share pt are great since you lvl up faster. I've found this to be near dam opposite. I'm 67 and when I grind alone in the caves at nachals I get about 3k exp. In a pt at karras, i get 1k exp. That and it takes awhile to kill a pt monster. Much less time than 1-2 hitting nachals. So am I doing something wrong? Why am i getting such little exp from exp pt. I thought this was suppose to be a great way to lvl up.

Solo seems to be faster for me as well.

you need at least party 5 to be effective in a share exp party. less than that you will lose exp. also, try to party with nukers they can kill faster than any other build. Party of 8 ppls is the fastest you can kill party mobs in 2 secs.

You are 67, Nanchals are 70 , Karaas are 65 ...
You cant make a party at Kaaras ... go grind on mobs lv.73 ... (Niya Guards)

Also, if you are in an auto share party, you shouldn't grind solo. As someone said, you want at least 5 people in your party, but those 5-8 people should all be in the same area grinding on the same monsters as you are in order to get the best experience. When members get too far away, their picture (on the left side of your screen) turns blue and you don't share their experience. So if everyone is too far away, you only get exp for your own kills.

If they are close enough, then you'll get exp for everything they kill, and they'll get experience for everything you kill.

I normally grind solo in exp/item distribution parties because I go afk randomly a lot, and therefore I wouldn't really be effective in an auto share party. In a distro party, you don't have to be in the same area as other party members, but you each get an additional percentage of exp for each kill that YOU make. Auto share is definitely faster if you all work together.

you're a chinese i assume? China is faster to solo....
Full euro parties are much faster yes, but they really need to be at least 7 members euro.

Wrong, the avarage lvl needs to be lower than the mobs level :p

For Euros, partying is a great way for leveling up.
For Chinese, (from what I heard) it doesn't work too well.
And I'd say party on mobs about 7~10 levels higher than your level.

Solo i gain about 6%/2hrs, but in a chinese party 8/8 with 1 cleric or pure chinese at the antilopes i gain 7-10%/2hrs depending on efficiency of the party
+ it's more fun

1% party grinding > 2% boring solo grinding

yes.... unless your pt consists of annoying nubcakes that keep asking for random shit.

partying together is better for euros not for chinese chars

By the way, sometimes the only way to be able to grind, chinese or euro, is to party grind since there is no spot free to solo

once you are too high for antelopes you must party grind, there are not enough spawns to solo

i guess im weird cause i prefer to solo my euro , theres something about 2hitting mobs that i love to do

What level are antelopes? I never have a problem finding a solo grind spot, but granted I've never made it past the penons on Venice and the crabs on Venus.

Edit: Also, I'd think there is no room in an area for 1 person to solo grind, how are you going to fit 8 people there? Do mobs just spawn that much faster in an 8 man party?

solo = normal mob, party = party mob

when there is 8man party, party mob spawns = more exp/longer to kill but spawn rate remain the same

On xian i pted with all chinese 8/8 whilst i was farming made 3x more sp then soloing.

On Venus i pt full euro 8/8 and its nearly 10x faster.

Took me nearly a year to get to 70 with gold tickets + pets on xian soloing.

Took me like 2/3 months to get to 80 on venus with euro parties just 2 silver tickets no pets.

I wish I could 8/8 auto share party with my rogue/bard. I don't think I'd ever be able to do it because I usually don't play for a very long period of time, and often times have to go afk randomly to get my dog out of the garbage, or get my daughter out of the garbage, or whipe up my other daughter because she just spit up... So if I was in that kind of party I would be just standing around half the time.

I guess it's just solo grinding for me, no tickets, no nothing. I'll hit 90 in a couple years
