Having trouble buying silk.

I have been buying silk for ages, never have a problem.

This time when i log in my ID and try to get silk, it asks me to re enter my pw (while im already logged in) and when i do it, it says my id already logged in. And and then i click confirm, retry and can't buy till silkroad time reset.

Been doing this for 3 days, I use latest IE and then tried Firefox. I have latest Norton anti virus.

Anyone know whats going on?
