I've included these gold bots in my new list for next inspection, if these don't even show up on the damn list, then it's true that you can't get banned if you buy silk. These are straight up gold farmers flooding the bunwhangs atm, if anyone really wants to put that theory to the test go bug report these gold farmers and see by next inspection they aren't on the list.
[EDIT]
Bot Names:

You're going to need more than 4 for it to be a fair test.. at least 20 before we can made bold statements like that.

Id give it a month or more to show tho before you start screaming that they arent banned and buying silk = no ban. JM has this weird month delay it seems.

From the business point of view, as much as the policy goes... it makes no sense to ban all their silk buyers (money paying customers) and leave behind the kids and players from poorer region which will never pay for silk and play this game just for the sake that it's free.
It's not too hard to understand and rather than it being moment of truth it is more of a "truth" already for me =p

Your test is shit.
1. You need to wait multiple ban lists for them to appear.
2. You need atleast 5-10x the amount of characters you currently have.
4 bots in a sea of thousands and you think your test is valid? :S

I said in my posts there are botters like this flooding the bunwhangs (obviously 4 can't flood the bunwhangs alone), as in premium, 6th degree garms/weaps, etc. I believe maybe 10+, i'll just edit the thread and get the names down later if u guys want to really report it.

Or... You could just see that damn near nobody over 80 [cept for a few longlived gold bots] got banned, and that the majority of the highlevels [botters+silk buyers] on your server are currently still playing. Wouldn't this be conclusive enough for you?
[If you are a botter; test the following to reassure yourself or come to the same conclusion. This would work best if you can multiclient. Make a new account, don't buy silk on it, and just bot it up for a bit. Probability that it gets banned, assuming that you bot it for awhile is pretty large. Happened to friends of mine, while their silk-using-bots were left intact (botting from the same IP, same pc, using the same bot).]

joymax will probably ban them because they are gold bots and will HAVE to be re-rolled and will buy more silk, even if they only buy a tiny bit of silk to begin with.
and besides, its the playerbots who don't get banned when they buy silk, because they buy a LOT of silk

I like this test, we have all the time to expand the list and if it is not waterproof, we still have an indication.

Make a list for yourself don't post it here, it is not the first time Joymax react on an event that happens here.

Joymax plans their bans months in advance.
