they are everywhere on troy

most of them wear armor and mostly fullfarmed

with their heuskal chains and ice it looks pretty neat

and everyone is starting to get ice now O.O

on troy u can see ice galives, ice bladers, ice bows and ince nukers

whats wit this new trend

Ice maxed and no Fire is made to fail in my opinion for any pure str character.

It has nothing to do with fire shield.. at Lv30 fire you can still be immune, the reason people are using ice is cuz of the euro's. Though most people are complete morons and think any lvl ice will freeze euros. rofl.

gold bot armor+glaive used to build that, with ice, they get even less dmg than before...

I see a lot like that now. I don't see a problem with a glaiver doing that since well.. They don't have for 18% mag dmg increase or nukes. Typhoons are there and can replace the speed, but costly over time.

60 light 60 ice for a balance. and no its not the best lol... The difference between 30 light and 90 light is only like 10 parry... 8% mag attack, and alot of speed which is useless. Light for pure STR is shit. 90 fire, 90 ice, 90 [insert STR based mastery here] is the best.

90 Heuskal
68 Ice (Last ice buff)
52 Light (First Grasswalk)
90 Fire
and
60 ice and light
Also

That Force build is one of the most common builds on Aege atm. Its the reason glaivers are doing 25-30k crits and what not with the new Mars.
But fire is a must for pure str. I have never seen a successful pure str without fire.

Force 90 (or is 80 enough, cause 80+ is so damn SP-expensive )

or Ice 90 (or 80 ) instead of force.

I haven't seen an ice bower or blader since the 60 cap.
People used to hate those build if they faced them in PvP.

No auto pot, no immunity leaded to ice as ultimate annoy build, specially bladers. You couldn't kill them, but they couldn't kill you either.

Useless build... Poor dmg, and the most of high lvl players hav 100% ice immunity.

bleh, u couldn't kd properly when the other guy was frozen as well.

2nd. difference b/w light 30 and light 90 is 34 parry and 11% mag atk. and 39% moving speed.

there are many players that don't know how important parry is.
speed useless lol. its like one of the main reasons why a pure str would get light to 90. mag. atk is just as important as phy. atk. for Chinese str. almost half of the dmg comes from imbue which increase mag atk power. 11% will give a huge boost to the mag. atk of a glavie.

Try attacking without imbue (mag atk) and see the difference in dmg.

my point is light has much greater benefit then ice. parry,mag. boost, speed. imo 90 light > 90 ice

I have fought glaviers with 90 ice and they die just as easy as someone with light 90..why? cuz glaviers with ice 90 get higher def and 90 light glaviers get higher mag. atk.=higher dmg. which kind of balance both.

After 100-120 Str's wont be able to light anyways, They will NEED fire.

At last cap, lol.. Imagine.. only Weap and Fire for pure STRs and Light and weap or light and ice for nukers xD

I to would be fun to see those builds :p

Alot of less buffs and skills will come into play rather then just 1-2-3-2-4-5 lol

arrow combos + cold + no one having immunity = hell for people. That was kind of the logic.

So whats your opinion of [60Ice/60Light] vs [90Light] (or 80 Light since the difference of them are just 5 parry and 1% mag.atk.)

The whole point of being Chinese is to customize your build. To make your build different from the guy next to you. The pk2 files set up the illusion that Chinese skills end at level 120. the 20% Damage lost from not maxing Heuksal and the 40% Damage lost from not maxing Fire is replaced by bard buffs.

How would you know I would get raped? I can run away if needed (Phantom + Grass walk), and if you see my edit throw snow shield up. I'll also have a higher parry ratio.

How would you know I would get raped? I can run away if needed (Phantom + Grass walk), and if you see my edit throw snow shield up. I'll also have a higher parry ratio.

You wouldnt be able to kill anything... Yeah and I catch you up with Sprint Assault which will be more than 25 meters at lv.140 , and I have speed pots ...

The extra Magical Attack makes a difference. I'll also have my Magical buff from light, there are so many factors you're not including. You wearing armor and being pure str will also increase my damage.

it doesn't make sense to be hybrid and then leave the magic dmg 40 lvls below you when you are trying to get extra dmg from that imbue...

lol, that's right, the whole reason for going hybrid is to capitalize on the imbue damage along with the physical damage.
