plvl killed this game...there are no high lvls anymore, anyone can be 70+ and no one knows them because no one saw them grinding. They just appeared one day and killed you with a 42k crit, its like joymax created a lvl 90 character and gave it to a complete fool.

very true, any morron can level so fast, ppl are now able to get like 25k sp a day, while before you could get like 3k a day (and you had to do it YOURSELF).

ITT: Whiners who won't go with the times or don't have the means to plvl themselves.

Plvling is actually a good and quick way to keep the cap populated. It doesn't make insta 90s, but rather gives newbs the opportunity to get dropped off about halfway. [Plvling is really only good until 74 or so.] They still have to work to get from mid 70s to 90, and they still have to earn their riches, as being plvled doesn't earn you shit. Sure, it's easy to farm yourself a char, but that still takes a considerate good amount of time for 90+ cap values.

Yeah ... and the poor people that cannot afford powerleveling should grind with who at lower levels?

Noone to grind with --> leave the game.
Less people comming --> the game destroys itself ...

I worked 2 years to get my character to lvl 80 I don't want someone to just appear out of nowhere at the same lvl as me a week after it started, maybe plvl is ok but hardcore plvl is not. Another thing NO ONE sells anything below 7D unless its amazing because they are all being plvl'd to at least lvl 60 what are new players supposed to do? They won't continue playing in a situation like this and sro will slowly die.

You know while everyone says no.. most of the arguments against anything in this game stems from jealously/envy. Look at what you just said? After you did so much work its not fair for them to get it so easy, What does what they did have to do with you? You played the game how you felt you should didn't you? So why let what that person do affect you?

What are you saying its not fair he had it easy.. you should have had it easy also? Thats what it sounds like.. IF its not that then why care what they did?

I can't play on my low lvl character because of them not stalling the drops and I dont want to be plvl'd its not that important to me, honestly I preferred the botters at least they got drops to sell.

I dont really mind the powerlevling, i played before the Euro Expansion, and for a year after the Expansion, yes the game is broken but not because of the Plvling, i think it has to do more with the overload of SUNS on a server and the power that Euro brings. And i think most people would agree to really enjoy the game to it's fullest you have to be like 60+. At low levels, its not even worth being a hunter cuz high level theifs will just rape you, you can't PvP because high level turks will rape you. The only uniques you can hunt are TG Cerb and Ivy and all of them die within a few minutes of spawning, thanks to who? HIGH LEVELS. The only way u stand a chance at having fun in this game is to become a high level yourself so you can fight back. Hand grinding to 60+ takes 2 - 3 months for a dedicated player. probly 6+ months for casual grinders. When i first started playing silkroad i got to lvl 32 and then i quit until the Euro expansion because all i could do was grind grind and grind some more. Couldn't job war (couldn't job period basically). Culdn't hunt uniques, i really couldnt do anything Team based, which is the heart of why SRO is such a good game. and even after the Euro expansion i didn't take advantage of powerleveling for about 3 or 4 months after it was out. And what if your lvl 60+ and your friend wants to join SRO and play with you? are you gunna stop playing for 6 months while he hand grinds every piece of XP so he can catch up to you so u can play together? No, your first instinct would probly be to help him along and get him up to your level as fast as possible so you two can work together and havve fun.

Yes i got power leveled alot when i moved to Greece (52 in the first month, 80 in 4 months cause i stopped to farm at 60 and i didn't get plvl'd 24/7) and i must say i enjoyed the game ALOT more once i was 60+ and was able to dish out some damages to those high levels that used to pick on me. Jobbing is alot more fun, i could finally turn hunter at 72 and protect my trade runs without worrying about dieing against every theif i saw.

Yes i know it sucks for some of you guys that had to bust your a** for 80, one of my first / best friends i ever made in SRO was a legit and she hand grinded to 80 and she grinded 5+ hours a day everyday. She was 68 when i joined her guild and it took her 4 - 5 months to hand grind from 68 - 80 at 5 hours a day. But unless your really nieve, times change and what was hard for you then is easy for others now (same thing applies to real world situations). So just deal with it. Or quit like me =)

Bull. Pwrlvl destroyed this game. Without it, There would be nowhere enough euros to even use 8d, much less 9d. 1 year of grinding won't produce as many lvl 90 wizs as powerlvling. It's because of powerlvling that there are so many Euros. It Took me a year of on and off Playing to get to 4x. My friend made a new cleric a week ago and it's 5x. Fair? No.

Euro's would not have this much of an impact if it wasn't for the amount of powerlvling going on.
