There are enough servers if Joymax stays doing the weekly botban. So no new servers needed.

exactly. if jm keep up with the weekly cleanup ... most of the servers would have sufficient capacity that you don't need premium just to log in anymore. the recent cleanup freed up at least 500-1500 free slots even during the peak playing times (except babel).
