I just tried to buy some silk and when i went to make payment it said I was over my paypal balance or something, I had like $2 usd in the account is that why it screwed up? I usually just take the money straight out of my bank account through paypal.

i believe there was a inspection with paypal
im still not sure if they fixed it

Thats what mine is trying to do, use paypal funds, there is only $2 on my paypal account, how do i make it so it charges from my bank?

Don't you need to fill out the bank transfer on paypal and wait a couple days until it makes it into your balance?

no, the last 100 times i just paid it right from bank
