Uhm, school ended, vacation started, so i have a lot of free time till now. I intend to do 2 projects (about sro) and i need your help.

Project #1: Searching for the dmg formula

There is only one person knows the exact formula of dmg, but the selfish always keeps the good thing for himself. As im not a person who like to beg, or to be a dog who like to kiss someone ass like a lot of ppl did, i'll try to find it by myself.

So what i need help from u is to take some SS in game. U need to do 3 tests of damage:
1. test on mangyang
2. test on mob same lvl as u, or less 1-2 lvl
3. test on mob 10 lvl higher than u

And for each test, do sub-tests:
a. punch dmg (on mangyang only)
b. normal shot
c. normal shot + weapon skill
d. normal shot + imbue
e. normal shot + weapon skill + imbue
f. repeat from a-e but with buff this time

Conditions and SS needed:
- test with npc gear (no blue) and npc weapon only
- SS of your character screen (press C key)
- SS of your weapon info, as well as buff, imbue, skill info, passive, etc... that play in dmg.


Project #2: Dmg graph
If the project #1 is partially completed, i can make a graph of dmg which takes Str, Int, defense as variable. The goal of this project is to find the maximum dmg output for a hybrid Str, which has tons of HP but deal good dmg (in normal shot only, because there is nothing to discuss about a pure str has the highest crit, and a pure int has the highest dmg non crit).

So what i need is the Str, Int formula (yes, the search function in this forum is horrible). There is a formula that u only need STR and from that u can deduce INT, balances.

Info i need:
- SS of your character screen when ur naked, so i can see the natural dmg and defense of your char.


That's it. It's not much. If u and to reveal smt, u have to take actions. Cooperate with me. But if u want to stay in ignorance forever, be a sitting duck and keep kissing someone's ass until he tell u.

Ok, this guy named mizzlinhie, not only his actual avatar is the same as D2U, but also his old signature. This guy had some kind of personal business so he had to leave the forum for a while, at the same time of D2U too. In may 2008, he returned to the forum. At the same time, the story of "Death2All is back to Greece" began. Since D2U always share his account, so there are more complexity about "who own what". But the least i can say is that they have 80% pt in common, so they must have smt in relation. So i'll take this guy, mizzlinhie, as the reference of D2U.
(and both scared to answer my pm when im asking about the truth, if they weren't the same guy, at least they should answer "i dont know", "u should be mistaken" or smt )

You want highest damage?


Because it will be need to do several hit until you get a representative value. Pure str usually have less variations on their damage, but int and hyb int have lot of variaitons and it will be impossible for you make the correlations. I suggest to use hit or trigger scroll and have someone for ress you when you go to hit a monster 10 level higher than you with NPC gear =P.

I will help you using my stall char that is lvl 20 pure int bow (I dont have gold to buy NPC D9 gear for my main char ). I will powerlevel her to 24 to use D4 bow.

i can't help as euro ? and the dmg on 10+ mobs higher than me is a no no for me i am wiz i will get 1 hitted dead

Your punch unbuffed is higher than your punch buff, thats why I suggest use highest possible damage instead of just first hit. You should try several hits until you get 2 times the highest damage.

to put the info in a graphic and calculate the absolute/relative maxima/minima with STR and INT as variables X and Y
