I just recently lvled up beast mask to lvl 2, able to make masks up to lvl 80. my original thought was that the higher lvl monster you make a mask of, the higher the attack. sadly, I found that the attack power stays the same, a mask of a kokuru is the same as Wing Tribe, which is pathetically low for me being lvl 82.

Anyway

My question is this:

besides the birds of Samarkand, what's your favorite monster to change into? and for what reason?

for me, I haven't tried it yet, but I think I'll like the moles and blind moles.

Being a mob in a the same area you got the mask, so people are like "wtf", because they think your an actual mob lol

Other than that, nothing beats a kokuru for transport/street races/jobbing/ or tiger girl hunting XD

I remember when you could make masks right after Euro was opened, and you could sell them for a mil. Even now, I have seen Yetis for 300k to 350k

Because I believe that speed and being able to be undetected = ultimate soloing for a rogue.

Also, in parties, who doesn't love buffs that make you take less damage, and increase your damage?? Even though clerics can do this, not like a bard. A bard's buff never goes away, unless under damage.

I am still considering between Rogue/Bard or Warlock/Bard...
Both are great solo builds..

Nah, not tons of sp. The skills I need : Moving march , Noise, Guard Tambour, and Dancing of Magic.

Cleric, you should get buffs, healing moves, ress moves, and with cleric you need one type of skill for another type of skill. Also, being a pure str cleric isnt the best idea.

But lets keep this post on topic XD

Kokurus for the speed altho they look boring... meh~

Ok like everyone hates it, they call u a leecher if u stand there even if u make def...

hmm.. the moles in the dw caves are fun
they attack 6x and depending on your level
and the people you're attacking, you can hit up to 3k damage. =]

At the christmas event I made tons of little kangaroo masks, that was fun.

some one should name their char Kokuru or something then turn into a Kokuru all the time in the spawning area of Kokurus.

A personal favorite of mine is the crab and mangyang. Also I like the snipers.

So this is a lil bit off topic but....Can your make masks of Giants? And how long do regular masks last?

When I my wizard at the crabs I got freaked out at the sight of a huge Yetti coming towards me.

A rogue can only make masks of 'general' mobs

I always wondered to the mask change works on the general type uniques, like Ivy, Cerebrus and Saytan
