what elements needed for str and int and block ratio 9d tablets needs ?
i can't wait for the lvl60 wiz skill ,but whats its cool down ? and it affects firebolt ? same with frozen spears whats its cool down ?

First one, not sure, let me go in game and find out.
Second question, isn't there more than 1 skill at 60? If so, which one are you talking about exactly?

Str tablet 9d:
Earth 9: 110
Water 6: 50
Fire 4: 80
Wind 3: 108
Int tablet 9d:
Earth 6: 50
Water 9: 110
Fire 3: 108
Wind 4: 80
There was no Block Ratio ones on stall network at the time of checking.

Meteor has 10 second cooldown, and shares cooldown with fireball. 3 seconds for Ice spears.

Updated post with responses, if you want to know the block ratio tablet, I'd check the Hotan stall network on your server. That's how I got the str/int ones.

for grinding, continue to use fireball (it still levels up after 60).

i only use meteor for champs that i can 1 hit or in pvp/job/ctf and such.

cooldown for meteor is too long to keep the nukes going continuously.

just use ice spear and fire bolt to kill mobs
