one year ago or so i was playing on tibet for a while. today i decided to go on tibet and run around with reindeer i got at previous xmas event. but when i logged in there were no characters. empty storage. can sro do that? why did they do it?

well i decided to come back to the bakemasters on babel after like a 1 and a half year break and it said my character was integrated or some shit so well see.

i checked some other servers like alps for example that i also created a char around same time and it's still there. the funny thing is on alps i only tried and got to lvl 6. while on tibet i got GDF from event and i got around 50 rudolphs and shit like that and it's all gone... it's just pissing me off. why the F did they do it. and i didnt get hacked. sro hacked me

u got hacked! no other reason for it. I also have a character in other server that i didn't touch for a year and its still there. SRO would never delete your characters, there's no policy saying that they will.

My brother wasnt playing for like 6 months on Xian and his chars got deleted too Oo

I have a character on greece that I haven't played since summer 06 its lvl 42 and that account was stolen so its naked but it still exists

I belive if you dont log on for a year or so you get deleted is my understanding.

u sure that u didnt have a different account there and u just logged in with the wrong account?

My first char that i created 2-3 years ago are still there, dont think that's the problem

Monet: maybe you deleted your char and dont rememember about it, or you got hacked, but im sure it's not joymax (why would they delete someones character?)

im pretty sure if you dont log in in like a year or something they delete our chars to make room for active people

they delete ur char or account if its inactive for too long (not sure) but its in tos

i think its 6 months cuz when i quit xian and came back like 7 months later it was gone

for accounts that did not buy silks after 6 months of inactivity they get deleted. for accounts that did buy silks but have no silk items or silk left is 1 year. for accounts that did buy silk and still have some/silk items they dont get deleted.

ive never heard of anyone getting their chars deleted. i did somthing stupid once tho and thought that my char was deleted.
i wanted to log onto venus and acsidently clicked on venice, i log out then logged back on like 10 times like wtf!? till i figured it out.

Termination of use
① An account with pre-level 10 characters that has not logged into the game for a period of 6 months, and an account that is not using premium service
② An account that has not been logged in to the game for the past 1 year, and an account that is not using premium service
