Ability Revolution Scroll

I finished this quest that gave me 3 scrolls called ability revolution scrolls.

The scrolls description is:
Withdraw 100% of invested SP and lower the skill or mastery level by 1.

But I cannot get it to work, i right click on it and it brigns up the screen to remove skills but of course it then says you have no remove "potions"

Any ideas?

Maybe you have to do the curst heart quest and get 3 of the rescutiation potions or whatever, and then use those.

yup . you still need the rescutiation potions with it, it will just give you back 100% sp, instead of 80
