Sonars and Penons are pretty crammed now because of power leveling, so if you can hack them go for Planars, they always seem quite for me

try ishades theres a couple spots where u can sit away from spawns. Also aggro penons , just sit in the middle under that bridge thing with a guard patrolling just in case.
