We apologize for the long duration of unexpected server inspection.
Service of Greece and Troy has now opened.
Today's inspection was caused by electricity provision problems at the building, where our servers are located.
Due to the problem, Greece and Troy have suffered severe damage compared to other servers, resulting in loss of game data.
Unfortunately, these data cannot be restored.
Greece - Data will be roll-backed to June 15, 18:30 Silkroad Standard Time (30 minutes before server inspection)
Troy - Data will be roll-backed to June 15, 15:30 Silkroad Standard Time (3 hour 30 minutes before server inspection)
The two servers will inevitably be roll-backed to the time mentioned above, and the lost Silk due to the roll-back will be restored as soon as possible.
Although this is an issue that could not be foreseen, Joymax is responsible for not being able to provide stable service to our users.
We apologize once again to our users regarding this issue, and we will make an announcement about compensation in the near future. ''
