Today the server was down for almost all day. Arrgg it's weekend and I had planed to play SRO. And what about that I have payed to play SRO? Is there refund on the money i have payed?

No they won't, perhaps a ticket/pet restore if you had ticket and/or pet. But anyways, a server crash can happen so chill out.

Where do you live, where a day is only 2 hours?

They might restore your premium ticket and/or pet IMHO.
However, you didn't pay to play, but to get some advantage and faster lvl-ing (I mean pets and tickets).

Well 2 hours are all it takes to get me going. I pay to get in to SRO and play so i will have some to say when they are down. And to plan server inspections at resonable houers.

Well I manage server in my profession an to have a total downtime more than 2 hours is not done in real world!! And that is servers that provide more users than SRO. And don't think I don't know about timezones, i work mainly with the Asia continent. It is not done! And If nobody questions these downtime's there will not be any serious player left in the game.

i think the real reason of this topic is hidden commerce of this Shaiya game

when can people stop complaining and whinning? server crash, server inspection is a must. Thing don't just happen because they wanted it. It's a free game after all, isn't it? If you don't like it...just simply QUIT! and for your info. premium ticket are meant to give you extra exp and sp points...vip log-in is an extra option.
