Just To Clarify, You do NOT need to send your account id and your character name to the Emails given below, as a response to a report on this topic, the wording might have thrown people off. The thing about the ID and Character name, was when contacting them by phone. In the email there is no need to send any Details of your account

Player botters trying to get other fellow player botters banned, hypocrite botters banning other hypocrite botters, botters trying to get other fellow botter's gold farmers banned, etc. etc.

This is a scenario which is the most feared for any botter, to make that scenario more likely to happen I shall assist you all in making it possible.

Call their Korea Office which is open monday through friday 9:30am-6:30pm korean standard time, 011-822-420-8854, after you hear "This is Joymax corporation..." press "2" for English

Ask them if you can send them a bot list report to one of their emails, they will suggest you to report it to the bug report section, just tell them you did that already but would like to have their email and email them anyway.

You are required to give them your user account id and your character name. They just want to know if you actually have an actual account and character on the server I guess.

These are actually farmers that are getting powerlvl'd atm but will eventually be botting soon, they are owned by GoldFarmers, Torque, The_Smurfs, and some turk guilds.

This is probably the best time to report player bots since they are racing towards 90 without a care in the world of getting banned.

Like they are going to do anything, i dont think the emails are supposed to be used in that way. Bug report?

Just like the calling times of their office, it's best to email them when their offices are open. I recommend calling first, telling them to remember your email address so they will promptly investigate your list eventually.

Lol, do that, and next day, they've changed emails.

To me i dont think this is the worlds best idea. It would work if joymax actually had a harder stance about bots. But without trying to put anything bad on joymax, who here seriously thinks they will investigate every name listed on the lists? There would be so much corruption and so many false allegations that joymax would simply ignore it.

Now if it was a game like FFXI where they have an incredibly hard stance against cheating than its a different story.

i actualy reported a botter in bug report because he was rude to me ^^ (dont be rude people lol). he was banned within a week so they do listen its just that so many people spam it and they start to care less.

It's pointless banning the gold seller spammers, it doesn't take that much effort to make another account and char that is level 1 and teleport to the towns.

As soon as I saw the words, "you are required to send in your username to blahblah@blahblahblahwhatever.com," my mind + common sense just screams scam. Does no one get it through their thick skulls that Joymax NEVER will ask for your username, or password?

Why do people drag on posts about bots? I wish it would stop already cause all you do is feed the fire. Kinda wish we had ppl dedicated to all the servers like the people are to Venus. Bots are bad, but you posting how annoying they are is going to get them to continue doing it cause they obviously enjoy it, and enjoy making the game harder for Legits.

Find it hard to believe anyone would run his own bots especially that many since you will need a damn good PC to run even half of each of his guild or and a client less is way too expensive to run, inviting goldbots is very easy thing to do in your own guild just pay more attention before or right after server inspection.

I own this guild on Venus i just invited them in about 10minutes for gp if i done it longer i would have got a full guild of goldbots

That does not make me the owner of those goldbots and anyone who want attention and buys gold can make such a guild and claim its his own gold bots.

If some of those random names are being power leveled at ongs its probably for academy points only, at least these guys aren't charging silk on those accounts just to charge back few days later.
