I'm going oversea for a new job soon, and that happen to be in a family own company and I will have my own office space and PC and internet connection LOL

So I was wondering, if say I play SRO in the background how much bandwidth will it take? Cause each person in the office only allowed 100mb of download. I don't know much about the internet bussniess, I know we use an adsl connection.

So, my question is, will I exceed 100mb a month for being only in SRO?

Erh....I have limited internet access and I live in the U.S

You can play sro on a 14.4kbps connection, it doesn't use up very much bandwidth. It will be a little laggy though and updating will be difficult.

I live in US Maine to be exact i have only 100mb and the company doesnt know shit about the internets.... there all likee ohhh we dont know why ur internet connection keeps droping, uhh wahts this enternet cable ur talking about uhhh whats a bridge?

I live in australia lol... I got a download limit on my home internet... 20gig a month but thats costing a fair bit to be allowed that much (like $100 a month). Most families i know of have between 500mb - 2gig.

So jealous of all you un-capped people in other countries.

Yeah about to move there, im rather annoyed at the capped net. Least where im moving they have the 20gig cap.

but if d/l limit of 100MB, make sure you make a copy of the client exe before you go

Onto dvd, sd card, whatever u can use to upload it onto work pc

Yeah it would..An old member tried it once (Black_Mamba) and she had it on 24/7 for a month, and she only used a couple of mb.

So that would be enough.

About the capped internet, I don't have a cap (but I aint downloading much either so w/ ever) but it depends here on what kind of internet you can afford/want to pay for.

I have EVDO (cell phone internet) through Alltel...but they are being bought out by verizon. Verizon has a 5gig cap on theirs...looks like I'll be getting capped.

You should be fine, I played my first year of SRO on dialup, it uses very little bandwidth.

Playing video games while at work, using the companies internet connection and computer is extremely unethical. You should save the entertainment for when you get home.
