I want to work thier on jm for isro. I m a good on programing and banning bots. But idk where its located. And plus I'm a gamer =) my name is Chery or Meagan =) 19 yrs old Iwanna work on Jm bring bak to legit like before and um being Gm is hard or easy?

Your english is, sorry to say, not that great - Therefore it shouldn't be very hard to become a GM! Good luck to you sir!

Anyone could ban bots, not much of a skill.
And like the others said above, your english isn't the best. The GMs tend to have the ability to speak English properly.
Also, I'm sure they look into your education and background like every other place. They aren't going to take your word for it that you are good at programming.

From what I bolded and underlined. You don't even meet the requirements. You don't even live near the Joymax office. Also by the way you posted.. to me you don't even seem 18 or older.(I beleive you need to be 18 and graduated from high school. Not entirely sure.)

What I do know, When gaming companies hire, such as Ijji, Joymax, Softnyx, GePotato, and etc...
You need the legal age to take into a career (which is 18+). You need a degree in web-mastering ,web design,web programming, virtual programming, virtual technologies. And a certain amount of knowledge for coding. Oh and last thing, previous personal projects(Something to provide to the company before they hire you.) And what I don't know... is if you'll get hired or not. Because I'm 100% sure you don't have any degrees or majors in the following listed. So I rest my case, Good Luck.

Well idk this also helps but someone told me that if your a girl and the job you want have a boss which is a guy and girls get f**k for free jobs from the boss. Sounds nasty but idk if its true. Some of my friend told me.

actually the US office is in desperate need of employees. They went as far as posting on Craig's List. They'll hire pretty much anyone, 18+, willing to work there. Kinda sad tbh.

"I'll make more profit for u (by not banning bot)" -> success
