Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth patching experience, weekly server inspection of all servers has been completed.

Time of Completion : May 27, 2008 20:25 Silkroad Standard Time

[Patch]
- Searching for 9th degree on Stall Network added
- Massive bot punishment has been done

* Time lost on premium items(Gold/Silver Time, Premium Gold/Silver Time, Ability pets) has been restored.

FAIL

A PT is made up of 2 parts (as we know)

1) Bonus side 5/10% stats, 3/10 str/int and "perferred game access"

2) The EXP side 3 or 5 hours @ 60/100% EXP

Issue 1: My PT (bonus side) has 14:38 hours left (at time of post) but my ability pet is dead "pets rental period has ended", this should not be the case. The PT and ability pet were start one after another and should be both still active.

Issue 2: I could not log-in yesterday morning (about 20 hours ago) because of the "server traffic" even with my PT bonus side. (Just got back on the server a few hours ago, restarted the PC now I can't get back on)

Users can't start a new PT until both parts, bonus and EXP sides have finished. I some times find this little bug a hassle when trying to start a new ticket. I buy a PT for both parts (bonus and EXP) a welcome change IMO would be: EXP should upto 28 day only (like bonus) and all unused EXP time should transferring over until the last (28th) day and then finish.

This would:
A) Finish both side of the ticket at the same time and day.
B) Allow players (real hand grinders ) to use any extra EXP time when it possible and convenient due to real life circumstances and commitments. (I know this is contrary to botters believes about legits "having no life")

Some of users who are unable to log on to the game despite the use of Premium Gold/Silver Time and Plus, the item is now working normally and users can log on to the game without problems.

We have added the time of those who have the Premium/Silver Gold time and Plus.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

FAIL

I logged in under easy (1 extra day added) then logged out to log back and yet again "server traffic" Joymax are vexing me today.

they gave me 2 extra minutes on my premium o.O

my premium (the login part, not the exp increase) expires in 20 days, 1 hour and 50 minutes and the gold time from premium expires in 20 days, 1 hour and 48 minutes :S

made me lol a bit though
