Santa sets coming back in christmas event?

Well I was scrolling down the "[Sticky]Mother of All Future Updates" and I saw the santa items and much more in the site. Here it is

If I can read that correctly that was posted in the year 2006? Correct me If I'm wrong because the older servers have Santa sets already.

When can we get those gold and pink suits? I WANT THEM!!
How about those 4 colors trading flags like?. I wonder if we actually will get those korean flags, most people will beg Joymax to change it to Turkey's
