i dont think they give their emails out. only phone number. its cuz too many people complain and they cant handle. try using the bug report thing and surely u will get a reply within 3 years

More like 5 years.

They wont give out any passwords over email or phone. People would exploit this and jack everyones items.

They cannot do anything to help you but when they i banned one of my accounts from chargeback then helped me get it unbanned and i contacted them on pay5@silkroadonline.com and they replied within a day. The persons name is Park Chanmi incase you wanna give it a try anyway.
