I've got a 65 glavier atm.

I have my skills at:
Heuksal: 60 Maxed
Fire: 60 Maxed
Lightning: 44 Terrible

And I have 13k SP, and I want to know what's the most useful mastery to put my sp's in.

depends on where you want to end imo, i always keep my skils maxed. so if i were you i'dd put them in lightning...
i would not upgrade fire / heuksal anymore till lvl 69, coz you can easely farm at nachals/black birdies on rok mount/ goats then
